EBZ160 Mining Roadheader Machinery

EBZ160 cantilever roadheader is a medium-sized roadheader developed and designed by NHG for the serialization of roadheader products. The whole machine has the following characteristics:

(1). The cutting part is telescopic, which reduces the frequency of the whole machine adjustment, and the cutting section has a wide range;
(2). With internal and external spray, strengthen the external spray, design the external spray form reasonably;
(3). The internal spray has a water leakage detection setting;
(4). Large inclination of the shovel plate, large ground clearance of the whole machine, and strong climbing ability;
(5). The intermediate conveyor has a straight structure, smoothly overlaps with the shovel plate, and the gantry is high, and the transportation is smooth;
(6). The main body and the rear supporting box are welded in the form of a welded structure with good rigidity and high reliability;
(7). The electrical system adopts a new type of comprehensive protection, with LCD dynamic display function of Chinese characters;
(8). The hydraulic system adopts constant power, pressure cut off, and load sensitive control;
(9). Low center of gravity and good machine stability.
